On the Schedules page you can create unique schedules that can be used in Products to assign staff or for use in Recurring Billing.  Schedules can follow any pattern you choose in Recurrence Properties.

Example: You want to create a weekly Monday-Wednesday-Friday schedule for assigning staff.
How To: First create the schedule, then assign it to a Product(s), and finally assign staff to the Product's schedule.

Start at Settings > Schedules.

On the "Manage Schedules" screen, click Add New. This creates a new schedule called “New Title.”
Click Edit on the New Title line to change the Title and the Type (Recurring Weekly, Recurring Monthly, and Recurring Monthly First), or to make the schedule Inactive.  Click Update to save your changes before you Edit the Recurrent Properties; click Cancel any time if you change your mind about the changes.
Edit Recurrence Properties:  The recurrence properties are based on which type of Schedule you have created.
Recurring Weekly:  Allows you to select what day(s) of the week the schedule is active.

Recurring Monthly:  You can select the month(s) and day(s) of the month that you want this schedule to occur.

Recurring Monthly First:  You can select what days, in what months, as well as what weeks, this schedule occurs.  An example of how you would use this would be for recurring billing.  If you wanted to charge on the first Tuesday of every other month you could create it here.

Once your schedule is built, add it to a Product by selecting “Create” on the Calendar tab of a Product and choosing your Schedule from the drop-down list.  From there you can assign staff.  You can also use the Schedule on the Financial tab of the Product if you are using Recurring Billing with a Lay Away or Subscription Type.

Tip: Even though a Schedule is created, it's only be applicable to a Product from the Product's Start Date to the Product's End Date.  This way you don’t have to create unique schedules for each product.
